When guaranteed delivery is available on an order, it will be clearly marked on the checkout page with an associated delivery date and fee (if applicable). Items fulfilled by but sold by another seller can't be replaced, but can be returned.

You can exchange an item through Your Orders if your return item wasn't purchased with a promotion (except for free shipping promotions), the return item isn't subject to a restocking fee, the return item was purchased with a credit or debit card, and the exchange item meets the other eligibility criteria listed below.


Note: We can't process exchanges for gift returns and exchange items cannot be sent as gifts.

Exchanges for a Different Size or Color.

The exchange item must meet the following criteria:

It's a different size or color than the return item.

It's shipped and sold by Gotit-Online. 

Exchanges for an Item in Your Cart

The exchange item must meet the following criteria:

It's added in a quantity of one to the cart.

It's shipped and sold by Gotit-Online.

It's not an Add-on Item.

It's not identical to the item being returned.

It's not marked as a gift in your cart.
